Leadership Strategy

Laima International Training has created this one day course to equip leaders with strategic planning tools and techniques every organisation needs – from vision and purpose to delivering results. 

We will demystify the science and art of strategy and help you convert your organisation’s ambitions and ideals into reality. We will lead you through practical exercises to focus on your own organisations needs, and form an actionable plan for vivid results. 

By the end of this course you will understand four key aspects of leadership: what makes a good strategy, how to create the right objectives and goals, building your approach into everyday work and decisions and how to align your team with your purpose.

Who this course is for

One day programme for leaders and senior managers in commercial or non –profit organisations. This day will provide learning relevant for senior or middle managers, leaders or board members, or those developing a start up organisation.

Course Leader

Jenny Mitchell has an MBA and MSc on Organisational Consulting. She has a long and varied history at the BBC, in senior roles including Leadership Coach, Change Director, Organisation Development Consultant, and Leadership Development Consultant. She also ran leadership coach training at the BBC.
